I used it indoors, outdoor it needs a plastic shield , not sure why it is not included. I have other ones with plastic included but not this. .but regardless , it works perfect still.

Works to spec.
This worked fine. The one it replaced was leaking signal/voltage from different lnbs, this worked no problem.
