Product is stylish and sturdy. Wheels are smooth. But briefcase is prone to receive scretches if put under the seat or in check-in.

Recently purchased this PC luggage with aluminum frame, and I'm thoroughly impressed. Incredibly poor quality. Didn't last even 2 uses - the castor wheels broke. They have absolutely no provision for spares for broken parts. Their customer service team asked me to show a video of the broken part - 4 times, and then they took two weeks to tell me I have to buy another suitcase because they don't sell spares. What a waste of 7000

Corner edges on top are prone to denting during airline luggage handling. Otherwise the design and built are sturdy.
