The first pictures and from 1 week ago vs today. And the second two are before and after of being on this for 2-3 weeks. Okay yall this is AMAZING!! I was looking at the reviews to make sure it would be worth buying, once I saw their progress I had to try it! I saw that the peach flavor and some others weren’t that good so I went with pink lemonade and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I mean wow taste just like pink lemonade. I will say when I opened it was hesitant because it smells disgusting. But once you put it in water and mix it it’s smells and taste just like pink lemonade.Now for results I have only had it like a week but call it placebo or whatever but I feel like my butt is looking rounder and more plump if you will. I do go to gym Monday - Saturday so I’m sure that helps. I will update this either once I finish the container or I see for real results! I also feel it’s helped me feel and look less bloated too.It is definitely worth it! It dissolves super easy I just use my straw to mix it up and I never have clumps. Overall it’s an AMAZING PRODUCT!!!

I haven’t been as consistent as I should be with this product but while using it, I can definitely tell a difference in my games. The taste is actually really good. It taste just like pink lemonade I find it is even better when mixed with a little bit of lemonade, but also goes perfect with water.

Despite the title, I like it.It’s easy to drink. It tastes like lemonade with beet, but… subdued. It’s not at all unpleasant, it’s just like, ‘hint of lemonade and beet.’ It’s a gentle flavor, not nearly too sweet or tart by any means.As for the effects, I’m just gonna keep doing my thing. I walk about ten miles for my job four days a week, so we’ll see.For now, I can confidently say that it tastes pleasant, it doesn’t make me feel bloated or anything, it’s easy to drink, having some makes me feel more encouraged to focus on my gluts while walking, and I’m glad it comes in this kind of container and not those individual packets that are so wasteful.If I measure past 39” by 30 days, I’ll revise this review with another star.

I would forget to take my creatine except I find this really yummy and easy to drink. I dont feel like I'm taking a flavorless supplement which gives me an ick, it's more like just making a crystal lite lemonade! Love that it also has collagen. I just started taking collagen and I can see a difference in my skin.

The taste is good like diet limonade..so far I have used it for my glutes but honestly I feel my mood changes by a lot which I like cause Sometimes as a mom You tired af and don’t want to work out. I am glad I bought this so even if my muscles don’t grow at least I will be more energetic for my kids

It really does work! and I’m glad it comes with a scoop because it makes it easy!!! It’s worth the money and the ingredients are pretty safe!

I wanted to love this, I really did. I got the pink lemonade, can’t go wrong with that. And honestly it is better than some I have tried. This one didn’t make me feel like I was cracked out of my mind, which was a plus. I have seen some positive muscle development, which is another plus. But to me it, as I get to the bottom of the glass, it tastes like theraflu. I have tried different methods of mixing, mixing with warm water over ice, letting it sit on the counter while I get ready, all of the above. Nothing helps. It’s gritty and that taste. I mean I like theraflu, but this throws me off. I now mix it with my old creatine just to get past the taste. But this is just my opinion. I have read others reviews and they love it. It’s honestly worth the try. Plus you get a sticker. And that’s always fun.

Ive heard a lot about creatine benefits for men and women, and as someone who is an active gym user for years now, I've been eyeing this product for a while! heard a Mel Robbins podcast that explicitly listed all the benefits for women’s creatine supplements, and it convinced me to give this one a try. I caught it on sale, so the price was great, and reviews seemed good.It’s hard to know the effects, and research says that it takes about 3 weeks of consistent creatine intake to make effect on a woman’s body, but for now, just based off of flavor and texture, I’m giving a 3.5/5.> It tastes nothing like citrus or lemonade LOL. it tastes like a watery, powdery substance, with little to no flavor at all, but I was wanting unflavored, so it worked out for me fine. Very misleading though 🙈 even using an electric whisk, it was still grainy and I could feel it crunch when I swallowed, but overall, I’m used to supplements and enhancers, so I can choke it down easily.Definitely not what I expected, but I’m still interested to see if it works!!Updating soon.
