The exchange with Mayan culture has started for me quite a while ago. Completely new in Mayan astrology! Each day I learn a bit. This book gives me basic explanations and hands-on instructions on how to analyze other people in the light of the Mayan phylosophy! Great!

A great reference tool for those interested in the Tzolkin calendar. I read this book in conjunction with Jungle Of Stone, for a more balanced approach to my study of the Maya. 10/10 would highly recommend!! Fatih’s worldview makes for a very interesting perspective. Thank you so much Fatih for sharing your guide and studies with us in your book. It’s a guidebook that I plan on referencing over and over again, until I’m able to memorize the knowledge on these pages.

I just finished working my way through Sacred Teachings of Mayan Astrology, by FATIH KEÇELIOĞLU. I had first heard of Mayan Signs about 10 years ago from one of my daughters’ friends, who did a reading for me. I found out my day sign was Death – surprisingly, a very powerful and positive sign! I was intrigued.Since then I have been through Interfaith/Interspiritual Seminary and consequently ordained. With a personal belief system that believes that all paths to Oneness are valid, I was extremely happy to read in Fatih’s book many references to multiple spiritual belief systems.I appreciated that he teaches how everything is energy, including days. As each day has an energy, a person born on a single day has energy reflecting that day. In my everyday calendar I have feelings about how I relate to various days of the week, as well as various months or even years. In the Mayan calendar, there are day sign cycles, as well as tones in a different cycle. Each of these cycles even has a sign, a Trecena. So, using his very straightforward charts and formulas, anyone can calculate a person’s sign, tone and Trecena. The book goes into great depth to describe characteristics of each, as well as how to put it all together to create a Tree of Life, reflecting past, present, future, and support systems.As I went through the book, I mapped out my own Mayan Day Sign as well as many more cycles of energetic signs, combining to create a single unique reading for myself as a person, as well as for relationships and even every day.
