Good value for money and for my nails

Lovely, works for me. Great size. I also apply one to facial skin at night, works for me, skin looks great. Don't know if it's the supplement or the extra facial massage, whatever, my skin is happy.

Quick and easy to swallow.

I take a broad spectrum of supplements daily. I have a small bowl of tablets and capsules to get through. Ease of swallowing is therefore a VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR for me. I find these CAPSULES (see pic) VERY EASY TO SWALLOW because if their very small size and because they are not at all powdery. They are not ‘dry’ in the mouth. This is why I usually prefer capsules.In the interest of curiosity (and I’m not recommending this) I allowed one to stay in my mouth to see what would happen. It did NOT QUICKLY DISINTEGRATE. It was NOT AT ALL UNPLEASANT. I was MORE THAN content to let my mouth clear itself without a drink of water.I much prefer a bottle. THIS IS A GOOD ONE! Transparent with a large top. I think I’d probably call it ‘a pot’.I am taking this supplement and so far I feel great. I’m not in a position to provide scientific data from my simple experiments but I’m very practised at listening to my body and mind. I’m happy to continue with this supplement.I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

Product arrive well packaged and the label had clear and easy to read text.Unlike the picture on Amazon the bottle was clear not white but packaging can change depending on the manufacturer's suppliers.The capsules are quite small, smaller than say Omega 3 capsules and this makes them much easier to swallow. I didn't find any taste or smell issues during consumption or off flavours once swallowed.I've taken other Vitamin A supplements before and I think they do help with a variety of things such as skin condition and eyesight although it's too early to say whether these capsules are being effective.The amount of Vitamin A is higher than offerings from H&B which is encouraging.Verdict: From a value for money perspective these capsules are marginally better than H&B Pro-Vitamin A when quantity of active ingredient is taken into account.They're easy to swallow and have no real taste or aromas.I'll update this review if I think the product has no real health benefits but at the moment I've only been using them for a few days.

I bought a bottle of vitamin A from you on amazon, but the vitamin A came in a clear bottle and not in a white bottle as shown in the picture, as it is a fat-soluble vitamin, it can oxidise when stored in a clear container, especially if exposed to light, air, or heat. Oxidation degrades the vitamin, reducing its potency and potentially forming harmful byproducts. Very disappointed and frustrated!
