So I got this for my 2023 nisssan frontier prox and it works good and the sound is loud not low. And very clear. I had one of these in my chevy colorado z71 and didn't work, so it's all about the vehicle. The cord is long and comes with USB or Type-C to connect.

Could not install even though the car was on their approved list. Tried multiple times following the directions line by line and could only receive message "Connected device not recognized." Called tech support and was told they would call me right back.24 hours later and still waiting! called tech support again ,still waiting for a return call. No more waiting as this item is being returned! Thank you Amazon for your very generous and easy return policy, it is appreciated!

Have a 2012 honda pilot,no cd player been using a portable rechargeable player that plugged into the aux input, it worked but not easy to use when driving having to find the small buttons on the unit,openeing the lid to change cds and the power did'nt last that long,needing to be recharged (could not charge and play a cd at the same time,too much electrical interference)this one I plugged in waited 10 seconds and BAM ...music and the cd pops in and out just push the button,and it all work through the cars steering wheel and screen ...time for a road trip note...I bought a cheaper usb input cd player some time ago ,was not compatible with my car although it said it was on the chart,sent it back the next day.

Product worked well for a year and then it started to skip and after skipping it would just stop. Contacted the seller for help and was advised I needed a new unit. It would have been nice to at least be offered a discounted unit. Now I need a new unit and will have to pay for another installation.

New vehicles don't offer cd players . This has allowed me to listen to books on cd again.Works fantastic and simple plug and play USB connection. Great seller and fast shipping.

Cheaper refurbished model initially ordered did not work, this one does. Minor ding, operating manual listed on web and on box was not included. Video and downloads on listing are information enough to install and operate.

Although listed for my 2022 Traverse, the unit will not connect with my radio. After 3 days tech support told me to order another model which I cannot find on the website. Call or ask for exact fit and connection before purchasing.

Despite reading up on this and asking others about them this did not work in my father-in-law's truck. It says it works with his make and model. Followed all directions for installation, it made noise like it was working, inserted a disc and it wanted to re-format the disc. Not wanting to mess up the disc my father in law decided maybe this was not in the cards for him. He packaged it up and we sent it back. We will be researching these a bit more.
