The older I've gotten; the more events of constipation have occurred that has resulted in diverticulitis. I bought stomach armor because of all the rave reviews and it has not failed me yet.I thought I would be a little adventurous and take two because of some GERD issue and WOW. My stomach is very sensitive to NSAIDS and strong spicy foods and this product relieved the pain and cramping that I was having when I went on vacation. My system was getting completely out of whack. Recommend to start taking a few days before you need it if you can. The ingredients are natural and the capsules are easy to swallow and have a pleasant peppermint smell.

I take this product at night when I take my Aleve to help reduce the stomach upset it can cause. I also take the colostrum powder by itself twice a day too.
