Solid pull up bar
I think this kind of pull up bar is perfect! No need to drill or hooking it on top of the door frame and potentially damaging it. It leaves no marks! It is indeed sturdy and can easily hold the weight of a person.It's just important to put it in a door frame that has solid walls that are not giving in.To make it hold tight, you first have to rotate the sides. Once it's loosely in place you can turn the bar itself to make it stretch harder against the frame. So if you follow the instructions, it definitely does what it promises.
