Great refreshing flavour / Easy to mix formula / Great value for money
Great flavour in the strawberry lemonade, easy to mix formula and clear instructions ! I’ve had my fair share of clear whey products and this has to be the best I’ve had yet. Brilliant stuff 💪🏼

Game changer
Tried other shakes and they’ve been horrible. I tried this and it’s delicious. The easiest way to get protein in ever. Love it

Is it a drink or a protein shake?!
Perhaps it's due to my first time trying whey isolate but this drink has been a revelation for me, a protein shake that has the consistency and taste of a regular flat drink.I've been drinking whey protein shakes for many years now, alongside my workouts, trying almost every brand and holding a select few esteem. We all know the feel and taste of whey protein, mixing into a milky consistency whether with water or with milk itself. On the other hand, I began to unravel the wonders of whey isolate to learn this is a protein drink that has been filtered further to the point of reducing fats, carbs and lactose to a bare minimum. For those seeking to lose weight, I presume whey isolate would be a great option to top up on protein without tarnishing measured calories. This clear whey isolate from Perform is unbelievably slim. While packing 20.8 grams of protein, the drink contains just 0.1 g Fat and 0.7 g Carbs per serving. This particular drink came in a strawberry lemonade flavour. It needs little mentioning that this powder only mixes with water. This drink tastes wonderfully smooth, sour and refreshing! I was instantly amazed by how light the drink tasted, it feels just like flat lemonade. There is less of the strawberry flavour, only receiving a hint of it when first sipping, then being refreshed by a tangy but sweet lemonade flavour. I quickly found the light consistency meant it was possible to drink this after a meal or a warm day without feeling bloated or more full compared to a regular whey protein shake. I've had it for a week now and I am pleased to say I have suffered no upset stomachs or strange bowel movements. The only shame comes in the lack of branding information to this drink. Given the competitiveness of the protein drink market, it would have been useful and enormously reassuring to know Perform's sourcing and processing of whey protein drinks, and what makes it as good or better than the many competitors. In short, this whey isolate drink delivers a uniquely light, airy taste and feel that makes protein drinking far more versatile than regular whey. The drink tastes like sweet lemonade, settling well on the stomach. When compared to the wider market, however, the price seems difficult to justify, especially with the lack of branding and processing information.

Just tasted dodgy.
I can't really put my finger on it but this just tasted funny. Something is off with it and I can't tell what.I felt sluggish after using it both with water and with milk.

One of the best-tasting clear whey products I've tried
This ticks all boxes for a clear whey: easy to mix, dissolves quickly and completely without any lumpy bits, 20g of protein per serving and it tastes great. I've been using the orange and passionfruit flavour, which is really refreshing - one of the reasons I prefer these clear wheys so much to creamy flavours straight after a workout. It doesn't taste too artificial at all - it's much closer in flavour to a normal cordial drink. You get 20 servings per tub, which is decent value at the current price point, considering it's definitely one of the best tasting clear whey products I've used. Very drinkable, very light and a perfect nutritional mix - this one's definitely a winner and I'll be using it again and again.

Great taste and no clumps.
I discovered that there were no clumps after simple mixing in a shaker. There are no powdery aftertaste and the texture is flawlessly smooth. In comparison to usual whey products, this is fairly pricey at 26 quid for 20 servings, or around 1.30 per serving. I would only suggest this if you are severely protein deficient due to its expensive cost. The cost is probably not worth it if you have excess.

Crazy low cals for big protein.... Is it worth it?
I found that mixing was easy in a shaker and left no clumps. The texture is completely smooth with no powdery residues. This tastes similar to cheap over-watery cordial..... To me there's a slightly artificial flavour due to all the artificial flavourings and sweeteners. So far it sits well in my stomach. At only 87cals for 21g protein that's a ridiculous cal/protein ratio! At 26 quid for 20 servings this equates to around 1.30 a serving which is quite expensive compared to traditional whey offerings. Due to the cost I'd only recommend this if you're in defecit and need high protein. If you're in surplus it's probably not worth the price
