I never knew it was 'a thing' ? Pleasantly surprised, it's not just a gimmick at all. It’s amazing for portrait work, especially when you want the eyes and teeth to ‘pop’. It’s very difficult with a normal eraser. This makes it easy, with various diameter materials. Does NOT come with batteries, so be aware! Maybe it could have been made clearer on the advert? Great bit of kit though, will definitely buy again when needed.

Works well, the thin ones are particularly good for light reflection in eyes. The button should be lighter to press - sometimes the force needed makes my hand shake, which is unhelpful.

Absolutely love this! It's a great size and shape for holding and using with precision to make even the smallest of corrections with accuracy or adding highlights to really enhance your art work.It comes with several replacements of both sizes and changing sizes or replacing is a quick and easy process.My favourite thing about it is that it is described as portable 🤣👌

Loved the handy instrument. Plenty of scope to erase large or tiny areas as a variety of sizes of rubbers. Battery operated allows finer application and speed. Seems very sturdy, definitely fit for purpose.

I do graphite pencil portraits, which require blending and use of a rubber sometimes. A normal rubber is a bit too coarse to, for example, add highlights in eyes. This device takes two AAA batteries and does indeed work, and have umpteen spare rubber cores, both small and large. However, it is a bit of a technique to use it proficiently, I would suggest quite a lot of practice before you unleash it on anything valuable.

Good value comes with different sizes of rubbers easy to change practice first it does take a little time to hold switch down and use accurately

Good eraser. I bought this because my brother in law has one as he sketches but I paint, but still handy to have as I sketch before I paint.
