When I receive the package I was missing a few screws for the lower part other than that everything was perfect. Everything that show in the picture came all in total was 6 pieces and easy to assemble, it did brought instructions and supper easy to assemble. It's though and great size, looks great and is not super heavy.I contacted them and let them know about the screws that I was missing and the told me no problem they will send me what I need it and today I just got the screws I needed plus extras, so it was a great transaction and I am extra happy and probably will order more from them. These warmer it's beautiful and give an elegant look on your table. Not only it keep your food warm, the way it looks elevated the decor on the table. My guests never stop complimented me during the party. Will definitely recommend it.

The pans were just what we needed for our party. We can reuse them during holidays and other family get togethers. The reason for the star reduction is the pans were incredibly difficult to separate when we opened the box. Please allow time for simple assembly and to separate the pans.

Purchased to use at a church luncheon. They worked beautifully keeping food warm.

I actually wasn’t planning to write a review on this product regardless of the bad experience I had with it until I tried returning it today.I order these food warmers for my daughter’s 15th birthday party and the first two boxes I opened seemed ok. The third box however had items that were clearly damaged. I decided to just deal with and make the best of it. The day of the party putting this things together was a hassle. They come with this sticky blue plastic film all around the warmers that’s impossible to take off unless you take the whole thing apart and scrub it off. Since there was nothing I could do about it in the day of I moved passed it. We try placing the warning fuel inside the containers provided for it and they didn’t fit. The part that goes over them to put the fire out had to be left out because it did not go over the fuel can. By this point I am very upset put had to just press forward we put water on the pans, and as soon as we turned on the fuel cans you can smell the aluminum on the pans burning up. After turning them off we looked at the pans and there were clearly all burnt on the bottom. The cherry on top was trying to return them. I went to the post office to send this back and the return wasn’t free. The seller did not send a free return labels and each box to be returned came out to $114.00. I contacted Amazon and they reached out to the seller to provide me with free return labels. I will update if I get them and are able to return this at no cost to me.I thought I was getting a good deal with this pan sets, but remember what they say. You get what you pay for. Spend a little more and get good quality food warmers, because this ones are super cheap and will get damaged on you day one. I regret not taking pictures to show.

They were exactly what we needed for our small Baby Brunch event of 30. People thought we had hired a catering it looked so professional and shiny. It kept the food hot/warm for a good amount of time. The trick for us was putting boiling water in the trays first and then lighting up the fuel so that it didn’t take so long to heat up! We are excited to store these and pull them back out for hosting over the holidays!

UPDATEThe seller did reach out to me about this issue and did make it right. Hopefully it was a manufacturer batch error or something. I'm adding 2 stars. Other than sharp edges they worked fine.ORIGINAL REVIEW WITH 1 STAREvery edge from the pans to the rack is sharp, like accidentally slice your hand open in several places sharp. It was absolutely ridiculous. I had four helpers for an event, and two couldn't work for about 30 critical minutes during set up because they were bleeding from several cuts they had from trying to assemble these disasters.
