This was very easy to fit and doing a great job, very happy 😊
Not being a plumber I was hesitant in doing this myself , but it was very easy to install and no leaks so far 👍 good value for money too 🎉

Bought for the overflow pipe
Bought this for the overflow pipe only, since the one that came with the sink had a custom shaped rigid outlet that wouldn't fit in the space under the sink. The McAlpine did the job perfectly (far better than the original) and for a very good price.

For old style sinks - mine is over 40 years old.
Nice you can still get parts for old style sinks. Only time will tell whether it lasts as long as the original.

Fitting missing
The overflow pipe didn’t have anything to secure it to the sink with. I had to use an old fitting to screw into the new overflow pipe. It’s working now, but I expected everything to be included.

Easy to install.
Wish I had bought this years ago ,because the one that was on leaked and my sink unit is now needing replaced .If only I had thought about replacing it sooner and I did it myself and it was easy to do .Now no more leaks under the sink
