Perzework iPhone 14 Pro Max Back Glass Replacement: Decent Fix, But Requires Skill
The Perzework rear back glass replacement kit for the iPhone 14 Pro Max is a decent option for those comfortable with phone repairs. The included tools are sufficient, and the replacement glass itself seems reasonably well-made. The color match was good. However, the installation process is challenging and requires patience and precision. It’s not a beginner-friendly repair; prior experience with phone repairs is highly recommended. There's a risk of damaging the phone during installation if not done carefully. While the final product looks good, the difficulty of the process should be a major consideration for potential buyers. I recommend watching plenty of tutorial videos before attempting the repair. The kit itself is good, but the skill required to use it effectively is what makes or breaks the experience.

This safe my phone.
I had it for quite some time now over a year and my phone still works and it haven’t cracked. It came with everything you will need I’m glad I was able to find this for my phone since it was cracked pretty bad. It’s really easy to install, the back screen it’s thick so if it drops again it won’t crack. It fits perfect and its design good for the phone.

DON’T ATTEMPT
I feel that I am HIGHLY handy to do most repairs….electronics are my forte. Since childhood I’ve always been the one to take things apart and fix broken parts and put things back together…we’re talking dial phones, calculators, radios, vcr’s (lol) typewriters, etc etc. SO I assumed I could replace the back (shattered) glass on my fairly “new” iPhone 14 Pro Max that I had JUST gotten 8 months prior and NO I didn’t get insurance 😡 local repair shops quoted $280-$375 to replace the BACK glass….CLEARLY ONE CAN DO THIS THEMSELVES!!! 😒 Well I ASSUMED that the magnets and idk stupid sensors or wires that are attached would be attached to THIS replacement…..Well it’s NOT, it’s literally JUST the back GLASS, NO MAGNETS. NO COPPER WIRES 😭 The glue used to hold this iPhone glass on phone is like cement or ?? PERMANENT!!! I was able to get it off pretty fast BUT because it has such extremely adhesive glue, anything attached comes off with it. The MagSafe magnets. The copper coils around MagSafe charger. The sensors by camera. Ultimately I got the whole back shattered glass off, including ALL the GD magnets, some of the copper coils and the sensors but I put those back, clearly not in the right order or direction…..My phone looked BRAND NEW. Shiny deep purple matte back with sleek cover. However, NOTHING worked like it should’ve. NO MagSafe. NO camera worked, back or front. NO FaceID. Ugh!!!!! PEOPLE GET INSURANCE OR PAY A REPUTABLE COMPANY TO FIX YOUR PHONES!!! I’m now using an effen iPhone 11Pro, downgraded from my “new” iPhone 14Pro Max cuz I thought “I can fix this” YOU CANT!!!!

Professional Review - PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT YOURSELF
This backglass is excellent if you need to source the part quickly. Normally, I order in bulk directly from China for $1-4 per piece, but I run out, and Amazon is my go-to.It is not a premium piece of glass, so it is best for trade-in or if you are generally really careful with your phone and want to save money. Premium glass is not easy to source. Yes, it has the Logo.I use a 20-watt fiber laser to do this process and it takes 2 hours.I have tried to do this with a hot air gun and it was a miserable arduous process. It took 5 hours with experience in phone repair, never again! You will cut yourself I promise and you may ruin some of these components like the flash module (even an accidental nudge will tear it off), the microphone at the bottom left (cable sticks up behind glass and if cut causes a 3-minute boot cycle), you could poke your battery (lights on fire), could ruin wireless charging and NFC (easy to do without alcohol and plastic cards because it's adhered to the glass), etc.I am a professional and do this for a living. I fix 150-200 devices a month so if you need this done look me up in San Diego. I got wise after 1 try and saved up $3,000 for a laser and materials. I can do the process quickly and efficiently with fewer errors and more consistent quality.

Easy to install, fragile.
This kit made replacing this hopelessly flawed iphone glass back, very easy. However the glass broke in the final stages of the install some of it may have been my own error, but seriously why is it so fragile?
