Do you make this exact same caster in a non-locking version?

The casters sold in this shop are all casters with brakes

What is the size of where it bolts ? and what is the hole pattern?

These work well with wood screws for most items at home. Mine are screwed to the bottom of a garage work bench. They roll better than any casters I have ever had. The locks work well. The hole pattern is similar to any 2 inch caster you would find in any hardware store.

When lock it must you hold it down. With your foot or will it stay locked on it own ?

The casters lock down once you press the lever. You do not need to hold to maintain the hold position. You must lift the lever to release them.

Is the top plate steel? I need to be able to weld them.

The top plate is some type of steel and works fine for bolting but I'm not sure its heavy enough to hold a weld.
