If you’re like me, your adhd says you need this but then you let it sit on the shelf for a hot minute before finally opening it. Hence my delayed review. It is a great tool but shouldn’t be the only tool in your toolbox. I use this for work life. It helps me checkin with myself.

Perfect and funny gift for my teenage daughter who really enjoyed this

This book is super cute, I just wish there was more to it for ADHD than the same entry pages.
