The Essentials of Chemistry.
Uvex is a great brand of stealth goggle. Just a general piece of handy information, If you just naturally sweat profusely, or you raise your heart rate to much, they will start to fog, honestly Its not a serious problem with sweat and fog in a 69 degree chemistry lab. Fog has never been a problem for me, because I don't work out and hit the iron in my lab goggles, But occasionally when I run up the stairs and am in a hurry to get to lab, I will have to pull them off my face a few times to deal with fog, but that clears up in a few minutes of going about normal lab work. But a tip if you do naturally sweat a lot it is better to just look a little goofy and go with splash goggles, Splash goggles have indirect venting so it will help with the fog problem. I am in my last semester of my biochem undergrad, I bought these because they are a different color of Uvex then the one that my school ACS club sells. I have a tendency of laying my goggles down when I leave the room, and sometimes forgetting them, and when you are in a lab full of grad students and undergrads, someone is going to see them sitting there all alone and feels the need to adopt them. Last year I lost two different pairs in the research lab I work in. So I bought these for the 2015-2016 school year, and now I will know if someone tries to adopt my goggles. Same brand but different color from the rest of the students and all mine. :D

Impressed.
This goggles, while not exactly cheap, are very good. I wore them on a hot day (90*+) with a disposable respirator, and they didn't fog up. Granted, I didn't wear them for hours, but I usually won't be either. They fit very well with the respirator and I didn't notice any dust getting in behind them (I was cutting stucco with an angle grinder). Also, they didn't interfere with the respirator. They are a bit big, but provide good visibility. I also like the rubber seal and the fabric head band. I did notice though that to get a good, tight seal, the band has to be pulled quite a bit and I can see how this could become uncomfortable for someone wearing this for hours. I also noticed that if I wore the band a little higher on the back of my head I got a better seal than if I wore it just above my ears. One thing I must mention, that I didn't like, was that these goggles STINK. I mean they really stink the first time they come out of the box. I let them sit out and air out for a couple days and that helped a lot. I think over time and with use it'll be negligible, but when new be aware that they stink. Overall though great quality and made in USA.

I like these but they fog something FIERCE
I've been using these goggles for college chemistry lab since January 2020. They are comfortable and have great visibility and are a very reasonable price, especially considering that the really crappy goggles are about $5 and these are 50x better and only 3x (ish) the cost. That said, I guess I run warm because these puppies fog up after less than 10 minutes of wear. I use a KimWipe to get the moisture out quickly without leaving streaks, but I have to step out of lab every 15-20 minutes to clear them which is distracting and a safety hazard. I washed them with some dawn and let the soapy water air dry (popping bubbles that sat on the surface) without rinsing. It has helped a little, but not much. I'm going to purchase a pair of the Uvex Flex Seal S3400X as I think they have more vents along the bottom lens line. Hopefully they will be better about fog. If it weren't for the fog, I would rate these 5 stars because they're comfortable and don't leave crazy lines on my face for too long after removing.

Very comfortable and looks great too!
UPDATE: This pair of goggles saved my eyes! Last year when in chemistry lab, some chemical liquid burst out into my face. I immediately went and rinse my face and also my eyes. When I went home, I saw that the chemical liquid has etched the goggles, imagine what it could have done to my eyes! Grateful that I had this on.So the first time I wore this, my friends were like "Whoa, that's cool, where did you get that?" So that first should be able to say a lot about how great this looks! The orange color is unusual and so if you like to look different this is really good! (and unisex colors, my friends who asked me were guys)Ok, so it looks good, but does it do it's job? The answer is of course! This is very comfortable and unlike the goggles I have used before, this doesn't leave me an imprint on my cheeks after 3 hours of wearing it. The reason is because the rubber part is the part that is flushed to your cheek, and not the plastic part. I wore it for 3 hours non-stop for lab and it didn't fogged up. It was very comfortable. The strap is neoprene, which I don't mind but some people may prefer fabric strap (I think Uvex sells goggles with fabric straps too)The most important part is that this goggles protect your eyes from chemical splash

Good, comfortable fit, despite the slightly narrow
I work in a shop environment where rotary tools like routers and grinders are frequently used. These are a great alternative to the wrap around glasses I typically use. While the standard glasses are comfortable, inevitably some fine dust gets thrown between my face and glasses - not pleasant. These goggles are a great solution to the problem. They seem to fit more like ski goggles rather than the typical high school chem lab cheapies. I have had no issue with fogging, even with masks and respirators. I’ve gone 3-4 hours straight without removing them, or frankly feeling the need to remove them.My only wish was that the rubber flange going across the brow was just a little higher. This does not impact visibility (which is great), but it does feel like it sits just on the edge of my eyebrows. I wish it sat on them or even a little higher on my forehead.
