This product was significantly lower than others of equal performance. I've been using in my half acre pond running 24/7 for almost 9 months even through a harsh Michigan winter in a well ventilated outdoor enclosure. I was skeptical as the price was less than a third that of other similar products but I am definitely impressed to say the least. The only downfall is the power consumption but that is expected with all others also. Definitely recommended

it works better than any other pump l had in the past 20 years.

This product began to fail, we had 2 diffuserplates set up and one of them started to have a weak air flow. When I went to investigate, I found the selenoid was warped at a the connection. you could see plainly that the connection was no good. When I covered the leak with electrical tape, the air volume went up immediately. I have now tried to resolve the issue with Vevor, sending photos, and pictures of the obviously defective part.They have sent me back information that they want me to look at the leather cups inside the unit. They've sent only a single photo, no instructions at all after asking for them twice.I tried to open the unit up today, and am unable to remove 3 of the 12 screws as they've apparently been attached by The Increadible Hulk.I've now blown a 2nd entire Sunday on this ridiculous project and am no further along in getting this issue resolved.Vevor's customer service is awful, their follow up is awful. It is not my job to troubleshoot thier crap equipment. I just want a unit that works. If I'm unable to get Vefor to replace what I believe is defective, I 'll do i t at my own expense as it's still less expensive than a whole new unit.Dont bother wasting your time and money on this POS unit, and worse customer service. Their warranty is crap.

Works as expected. Plenty of air line tubing. Unit does get hot, suggest including a circulation fan if putting in a protective box to increase life expectancy.

Bought this to aerate our trout pond and hopefully keep from completely freezing over in the winter. We live in NW Montana so this winter will be a good test. I am pleased with the unit so far, but the customer service is terrible! I guess trying to communicate with someone from another country through email is a little difficult. The individual I was corresponding with was nice enough but couldn’t understand the part I was trying to have replaced. I received it broken and never did get a new part. It’s been months so I don’t think I will!

Item came fast I like it for the price point I will install it as soon as possible .

Initially I liked this aerator very much. Put out plenty of air via 2 diffusers into my 2 acre pond. Worked fine for only about 6 months then the motor started making a loud "clanking" sound and all air output stopped. Contacted Vevor and to their credit, after several back and forth emails over about a month they sent a new replacement motor. I put this new one in and it lasted just over 3 months before doing the exact same thing. Sent another one, so the 3rd one and it also lasted only about 3 months before doing it again. So now Im in the process of waiting for my 4th motor in just over a year and half. I have no confidence this 4th one will last any longer than the other 3. Its the same issue each time, the piston cups wear out quickly and cause the pistons itself to then bang against the sides and disintegrate. Ive now asked for a refund from Vevor, which I didnt really expect, and they said they couldnt do that. As a side note, I have this thing in a protected enclosure with plenty of ventilation and run it about 14 hours a day.
