Weck 080 Mini Mold Jar, 2.7 Ounce - Set of 12

This jars are so cute and the perfect size to store and travel with so much- spices, lotion, baby food, just the right size!

Great looking little minis, perfect for storing little mini homemade things. So perfectly cute and functional!

Love these jars! Environmentally conscious, extremely useful, no plastic contaminants, stackable and darling! I bought my first one in France, much cheaper, but you have to transport it. The one I bought in France, to use as a salt container, turned out to actually be the #976, but it says "80" on the lid. It is a more versatile size for me, as it holds 5.6 oz., but this little one was surprisingly useful for that little bit of sauce or dressing you just can't toss. I ended up giving one of each container to friends for Xmas and most said they loved them for taking their lunches to work. Unless I travel with the container, or need it air tight, I don't use the clamps or rubber rim. The lid sits nicely inside the mouth lip of the jar, thus it stays in place. My mother, age 88, lost most of her clamps, right away. Admittedly, they can be hard to keep track of . If I had more cupboard space, I'd have every size.

These Wecks can not be staked one on another’s which is very disappointing. They take a lot of space in a fridge unlike the other wecks sized jars

I love these jars but the pricing at Amazon is obscene! That's the only reason for the low star--to get your attention. Low rating for AMAZON trying to sell this product at almost twice the price you could buy it for direct from the manufacturer www.weckjars.com What's up with that Amazon?

My wife bought these to give as gifts. She made salt scrubs and filled each container, wrapped a ribbon, and made a gift tag of the ingredients. The containers were great, sealed well, and easy to open and close. We highly recommend these jars!

While I love the size of these the lids are problematic due to no hinge and the rubber gasket is hard to get centered on the jar so it can be clipped close. I'm a little disappointed in the design.

I like the product but discovered that the volume measurement given is liquid (Probably my error. I saw the volume on my spice jar, saw this volume and noted that this was a higher volume so I thought they would fit the spice.... no dice). These are too small for the intended purpose. I have also since learned that they are not effective at keeping pantry moths out of dry goods (another reason I got them). I have Le Parfait brand of bale sealed jars that I have been using for this purpose. They work brilliantly (unlike screw top jars like Ball and Kerr) but I liked the look of these and had hoped to be able to keep the bugs out of my spices. I understand that these are not intended for that and are canning jars, so it is not their fault, it's just a note in case one is hoping to keep the bugs out of their dry goods, as well. I do love love love the look of these. They will be put to use as gift containers and in the bathroom, so it is not a total loss.
