Confer CCX-ADD 4-Step Above Ground Swimming Pool Entry Steps Curved Add-on, Gray

I've had these side steps (and the main steps) for a full year now and have been very pleased with them. I don't see any color fading or wear. The steps are still just as sturdy as when I first got them. They're great for my kids since it gives them a place to hangout while not blocking the entrance to the water. I highly recommend these and would buy again. Great product.Assembly was involved, but fairly straight forward. We did not fill the walls with sand and rather we filled plastic buckets with rocks to attach behind the steps. This solution has been great and I assume its much easier to get out of the pool than lifting a ton of sand along with the steps.

I bought these steps before and as a complete system they were great. I got this year the bottom step only. The picture is misleading, so please know that you are getting the bottom step curved only. I returned it and am waiting for my credit.

The steps look and feel sturdy. We bought the side step as well as the main steps. We put the main steps together with no problem. Then we started on the side step. We had to pretty much disassemble the main steps to get pieces adjoined for the side step. My husband taught the dog all kinds of new words! 😂6.5 hrs later we were able to get the steps in the pool with a neighbors help. All the air bubbles did finally come out by turning the unit up and down. They look awesome but I wouldn’t do it again if u paid me!

I'm so glad I ordered these. They make the other steps so much bigger. We have not put them in the pool yet. We are trying to figure out how to weigh them down without putting sand in the steps because of removing them in the winter. One other person stated they used jugs filled with stone and someone else said they used a type of weight. I am pleased with them. I thought I would keep these steps and get wedding cake steps later but adding these to my other regular steps makes them a nice size step and I will keep them instead of getting other ones later.

Very Misleading with the way it is marketed, one would think that for almost $250 you would be buying a set of curved steps for your pool, BUT NOT the case, You cannot do anything with this product as it is not a complete set. This product requires a completly seperate purchase to go with this purchase in order to have everything needed to assemble the steps. The way they are getting around not telling you this, is in the tricky wording "Add-on" DO NOT PURCHASE it is a waste of money, sad when you have to use trickery top sell your product, my $250 took over a 10 days to get refunded. SCAM ALERT

Didn’t realize this was the second half of a two part step system and I can’t afford the main part right now so these are just sitting in my shed, hopefully to get the other staircase someday before next summer.

I bought this add on along with the Confer CCX-AG steps for my above ground pool. The assembly was not too bad until I got to the final top step on this add on. There was a notch needed on the lower outer portion of the riser to the top step and it was cut on the upper inner portion instead. I had to cut the correct notch. Even then it was very, very, hard to make the top step line up with the riser below it since the riser was a little too long. I also had a set of instructions in the box for the CCX-IG-2 which is for inground pools and only has three steps. Luckily I had the instructions in the CCX-AG box that included this add on. What was funny was there was a sticker for quality control showing who packed the box. It was on the set of wrong instructions I received.As for the product I won't know how well it holds up until I get it in my above ground pool and use it for a while. I have not built my deck yet and these steps definitely need something on the outside to hold them down.

This is perfect and exactly what I ordered. Great price. The side addition curved steps cost much less here than through our local pool store!If you're reading this review please note that several other people are giving bad reviews and only 1 star because they claim they're missing pieces and that it didn't include the other steps. Well, if you read the description and look at the images..... it clearly tells you that this is only the add on curved piece. We have no complaints.If you want to add the curved part to your steps, this is the product you want to buy! It's great.
