NO COFFEE IN BED
Almost bought a cheaper machine with a famous expresso name, but after reading reviews and watching videos decided on the Sage. I really love it; solidly made; well designed; makes GREAT COFFEE. You soon become one with the process, far better than the bean to cup machine malarkey. Money well spent; I seem to use less coffee than with a cafetiere so I should recoup the outlay in about 30 years! The only downside is that a certain person refuses to learn how to use it, so I will never get a cuppa in bed again.

Excellent Sage coffee machine!
I took a chance on a refurbished item, when it arrived it was clear this item was brand new, I don't think it had even been opened, not a mark on it, the packaging was unmarked as well. After unpacking it was clear it was a perfect item, extremely pleased with this Coffee machine. It has performed as a new machine, no faults at all.

Great Machine.
We have had two of these machines previously and they have a few changes to this model which makes it even better. We make much better cappuccinos at home than we can get in any coffee shop.

Great investment!
Ok so it's an expensive machine but so worth it.Makes great coffee. The only downer is that when you're making 2 cups at the same time, one cup gets more coffee than the other.Apart from that, I'd definitely recommend getting this machine.

Dissatisfied
Has been excellent to start with, only use it once a day in the morning, for one or sometimes two coffees now the steamer has stopped working, just out of warranty

So far so good. My husband says it makes coffee as good as you would get in Italy. Once you get to grips with how it works.

Calibration of machine with beans
Yet unsure only needs to make one cup of coffee in the morning, favour will depend on how fresh the beans, roast date? And which filter? Will take some time to calibrate only had machine a few weeks!
