Although they do crumble somewhat, with a little care and patience these tablets are excellent value because they contain mostly 100% of a huge range of vitamins and minerals.Also, for less than £10 this is a year's supply. Size is average. I don't notice a taste as I take with other tablets, but I guess if you struggle to take tablets you could crumble these easily, which might help.

Easily crumbles, leaving powder in bag. Surface is rough and dry when taken, so some may find it difficult in swallowing.Little disappointed with physical qualities....content, who knows really. I'll keep eating a healthy diet incase.

A good price, but some of the tablets were broken/damaged due to poor packaging/rough handling.

Couple of minor issues. Firstly they are quite big to swallow secondly they break up quite easily and are powdery so some tablets are in bits. Mind you that makes them easier for swallowing, you just don't know if you've had a whole tablet.

Instructions say take with water, however if you try to take as normal.it disintegrates and it made me heave. I found out through trial and error that if you mash it up in somecwater and undiluted squash, squish with a spoon you can swig it down. Bit grainy but doesn't make me throw it back up. Definitely wouldn't buy again! No option to return & get refund unfortunately.
