We loved this... Unfortunately, we started having problems and we were certain it was the toilet. Turns out, it was a drain vent problem.We treated ourselves to this when we bought a fixer-upper home. My husband did struggle with the install, but got it installed. After about 4 months we had water come out the bottom. He un-installed, replaced the ring, and re-installed the unit. Since then the toilet will only fully flush periodically. We looked up every solution online and tried it. We even uninstalled and reinstalled the unit two more times to figure this out. I finally emailed the manufacturer. I heard from their rep within a few days, which was a pleasant surprise. I sent videos and asked for any ideas. We were told to adjust the settings in the tank. We tried every setting. No luck.The seat and controls are awesome. I loved the lighting. I loved the look. It was the epitome of luxury in necessity.

It's a wonderful toilet and bidet. I am totally pleased.Installation instructions leave something to be desired, though. I spent a week looking for fittings that I didn't need because the directions never show the T-Piecs going directly on the flow inlet . . . This is a big oversight.Also, it would have been a LOT easier if I had put the T-Piece and two hoses in places BEFORE setting the toilet. I spent a while on my back, curled around, reaching up blind to get the T-Piece installed . . .But other than weak install directions, everything is wonderful.

This is the second toilet I have purchased from Woodbridgebath. Their toilets are worth the price and are definitely high quality. However with this last purchase I received a cracked fill valve causing it to leak from the base of the tank where the hose connects. I am not upset about that, things can sometimes break during shipping and that is not the issue. The issue I have is the lack of a response from Woodbridgebath. It has taken me two weeks of calling them and emailing them just to get a response that they will send me a replacement part. Which by the way their phone system is currently setup to auto redirect you to voicemail after waiting 5 or 10 minutes. Gotta love the feature where you can't even wait forever to get a hold of someone. Currently it has been another week and I am still waiting. The tracking number they gave me states the part hasn't even reached a UPS office meaning the replacement part is sitting in Woodbridgebath's office and they only printed the shipping label.Meanwhile I have the toilet installed and waiting on the part taking up space and being a useless $800 investment. Like I said their toilets are great, but the customer support is the complete opposite which I found surprising. Why make a quality product if you do not care about your customers? If you have an issue with your toilet good luck getting it resolved. Because of this I would not recommend this company and cannot give the product a high rating, the toilet is useable in it's current state and the company does not care to resolve this.Edit: I did get the part eventually and the toilet works fine. I think in total I had to wait about 6 weeks. All I need was 1 replacement part. Still annoyed with their customer service.

We’ve had several issues with this bidet.-The toilet itself does not flush solid waste well. You generally have to flush twice to even ensure that the bowl water is clean/clear.-The remote control stopped working within a few weeks. The basic on/off features work but pressure and angle are no longer adjustable.-We have well water and this is the only toilet in the house that consistently looks gross within just a few days of cleaning. I’m sure it have to do with its ability to flush. It also have a terrible ring already formed at the water line. Again, it is the only toilet in the house to do this and all toilets are cleaned weekly.Overall, the price is tempting, but it’s not worth the headache and disappointment this toilet will bring.

Not really a dislike, but the seat seems a little cheaply made and needs adjusting to stay in place more often then I like.

You will never own another toilet once you have one of these. I recently bought an older 2nd home and the first thing I did was replace the toilet with another one of these!

This is an amazing must have Bidet. Family loves it, leaving a fresh clean feeling trull6 makes a difference.
