Good seal, but needs tougher internals.
The seal on this beauty is excellent so far - had it floating in the water and sitting in humid conditions. My only gripe is that the foam liner inside doesn't adhere to the plastic perfectly and doesn't feel like it'll live up to any kind of rough handling.Very happy, regardless.

Perfect for Wild Water Swimming
Bought to put my car key and bank card in whilst I wild swim. Fits nicely into my tow float and it keeps them air tight and dry. My swimming buddies went straight to purchase one too.

A very happy customer!
A very happy customer. I bought this watertight box as a way to keep my car key dry when I go for a swim in the sea or a lake. I read some of the reviews which said that the box had let water in and was not actually watertight. Being slightly worried about reading this in previous reviews I decided to put my key inside a zip lock bag inside a zip lock bag inside a zip lock bag inside this box. After submerging the box with my key inside I was happy to see that there was no air leaking out around the seal. After the first 2 swims I opened the box and did indeed see that a tiny amount of water was inside but after my third swim, before opening the box I dried it off with my towel and upon opening I found no trace of water inside. I believe that the water inside on the first 2 occasions was due to pressure difference. The air inside the box was cooler due to being in the water thus creating a slight vacuum and upon opening sucked drips in when the seal was broken. I have no problem with continuing to use this box, however I will continue to use my 3 zip lock bags just in case.

Key safe to swim with
All good works really well only compliant it could use a waist strap, carrying it whilst swimming on a wrist allows it to spin and the strap gets seriously tight..
