The video showed the mixer being used with all of the attachments, but his mixer has only the beaters. The mixer wasn't delivered to our door, but left in the lobby of our condo...always before, delivery right to our door There was no packaging except the mixer box, and it wasn't taped shut. But I am very glad to have such a fine beater so quickly...mine broke in the middle of preparations for a dinner this evening, so all in all...I'm happy and very appreciative of the dependable service from Amazon. Still a five star thanks.Edit: One thing I learned after using it twice now is that the low speed is wonderful...doesn't toss out dry ingredients, making them easy to incorporate. However, when you slide the speed indicator to the highest (5) speed, it is truly a comfy medium speed. It works well but takes longer to whip heavy cream. Next mixer, I hope I can have a good low, an actual medium, and a real high speed. I'd give the power available a 3.5 ★.

Excellent product! Very powerful and quiet and lightweight. Believe it or not it replaced a mixer I've had since 1978. For safety reasons, it was long past time to replace that relic with something new.The mixer blades looked very small when I first opened the box and was instantly put off but don't let that fool you, they're fine and do the job well.This was money very well spent. I'm happy with my purchase.

Great mixer…it replaced a 27 year old that served brilliantly until last day…this one is quieter and well balanced, making very easy mix.

Overall a nice mixer - fairly quiet and light weight but the highest speed is not as powerful as I am used to with the cuisinart hand mixer I previously had for the past 12 years (bought at walmart and was glitchy from the start). I can tell this is a solid mixer that is not going to be glitchy BUT it only comes with beaters. no other accessories - not even a whisk attachment for whipping cream, which aside from cookie dough, is really the next top use of a hand mixer for most people. disappointing they don’t include it with the 5 speed.

Durable, powerful, always works great. I gave this as a gift because mine is going on 6 years and runs like a top!

The durability is spectacular!! And because the beaters snap underneath makes storage fantastic!! And the electability is great because less mess !! KitchenAid brand is #1 in my book

We finally replaced our old noisy mixer with this one and we love it. Very quiet and smooth. We've also used it to make fresh whipped cream (needs good speed) and works great.
