I ordered two of these and use them regularly. They are plastic so they won't last forever, but work well. One arrived without the tube retaining ring, but after a couple of short emails, they sent me a new pump. It arrived quickly and I have no issues. Very good customer service. I will order again.

We have an off grid property that we have yet to put a well on. We have been taking 55 gallon drums of water to camp with us. This makes transferring the water into the existing drum very easy and quick. It also works well filling 5 gallon buckets from the main drum.I give this two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Effective - but I don’t expect it to last a long time.

We love these so much that we now have one on every rain collection barrel we have. That's not to say that these aren't insanely easy to uninstall and move around, we just love them so much that we have one that stays in each area permanently. You only have to pump about 2x and then the suction allows the stream to flow without continuous pumping which is nice when you're multitasking doing animal care!

It does what it's supposed to do.

This is not garbage it's a quality product. The plastic hose is actually pretty thick.

Works but does not have continual flow of water after pump pressure is applied. Water completely stops flowing after 10-15 seconds, then must prime pump again.
