Great aftermarket piece.
I have a white car, if I clean my rear window, the dirt collects on the bumper and looks gross. Car was also a pre owned dealer rental, so there’s a couple nicks on the bumper from taking things carelessly out of the trunk.. I may have added some.This fits my Tiguan perfectly. It was easy to install. It’s stayed in place and feels durable. I’ve had no issues with it peeling up yet. I love that it covered the scratches and will prevent more scratches from occurring. Great value, looks like it belongs on my car.

This rear bumper topper was perfect, will stop any scratches from loading things in back cargo area. Highly recommend.

WeatherTech Rear Bumper Protector Does Fit a 2023 Tiguan
Amazon's "amazonconfirmfit" said that this "did not" fit my 2023 VW Tiguan SE R-Line. But, indeed it did, and I cross referenced the part number, which said it did. I chose WeatherTech because this one looked the most professional and tasteful.Installing it was a breeze! As long as you follow the guides and from the start, be extra careful in application, it'll go on without a hitch. I did EXACTLY as the instructions showed and I applied it within minutes... and that's accounting for cleaning the bumper. The fit is perfect. Not a single bit of flaw and it snugged every curve. I could not be happier.Now let's see how long this will last. If it starts failing sooner than later, then I'll update my review.

A bit too narrow fit for my SUVbut I’m keeping it. If wider it would not allow any scratches to the bumper. Perhaps have various widths for various SUVs.

Quality Protection for the Rear Bumper
About half the price of the VW Bumperdillo cover and twice the quality. Heavy duty and extends over the leading edge of the bumper for greater protection. However, it came in creased where the carrier folded the carton. I took my heat gun and carefully removed the crease and reshaped the piece. Installation was easy.
