What Weight Capacity: is it 150kg?

The manual states 150kg. I am about 90kg and I find my weight squashes the seat pad so much that the base is not comfortable after sitting on it for a long time. I ended up putting a cushion on the seat to make it comfortable. In my opinion someone weighing 150 kg might not break the chair but I don't think they would find it very comfortable.

How can I make this chair rock? It seems fixed and I don't know how to use rocking feature.

The lever that allows you to raise and lower also acts as a lock for the tilt. When pushed in the chair is locked, pull out and it should tilt back and forth.

Does back/lumbar support hurts after using for long time, as it is made of plastic and not covered with foam?

it is not made of plastic it is made of a mesh type material and it is comfy, and if you stretch backward the back tilts which is not advertised as a feature
