Very nice!
I love the chair. A couple things of note. The cup holders only work with a cup with no handle or handle attached higher up on the cup / mug. One of my cup holders is not quite level, I think it's glued in a little wonky. But that does not actually affect much. The chair is very attractive. This is not a super cushiony recliner because of the electronics. Ensure the lumbar support area stays in the small of your back - not lower on the SI joint area. As soon as I wake up in the morning and make my tea, I sit in the chair with the heat on to relax. My cat loves it and has tried to take it over.

Great quality, tad low to ground
Great quality chair and ottoman. Would be 5 stars if the seat was a little higher off the floor, a bit of work standing up from sitting.

Great Chair for the price
This chair is really comfortable and was easy to assemble. The build quality is sturdy. Definitely worth the price. It's super nice after a long day at work.

Great chair, watch video for assembly, instructions suck
I really like this chair. Like other reviewers, the picture-only instructions are pretty bad, which is odd, because if they just showed a little more detail they would be fine even without writing. I stared at those assembly instructions until my head hurt, the only reason I could assemble this thing was because of the video on Amazon, which is a step-by-step guide and it's great. After watching that I put it together in no time. The easiest part was connecting the wires and plugging it in and the chair was comfortable and all features work great. I am very happy with this item.

Okay For What I Paid, But Unspectacular
Short version: This recliner is okay, but underwhelming and unspectacular. I got it on sale and for the price I paid, it was fine.Long version: First of all, the instructions provided with this recliner are poor. It's a single sheet of paper with illustrated instructions that are not the clearest I've seen. I repeatedly had to consult the assembly video for the massaging version of the chair (There is not one currently for the non-massaging version that I purchased) to see exactly where screws went and how they should be installed. The tools, a simple Allen hex tool and small wrench, are provided with the various screws and washers. The hex tool doesn't easily fit in all the places needed to assemble the chair, particularly the bolts that hold in the arm padding, which made some of those parts more difficult to assemble correctly. Total assembly time, which I did alone, was probably about 75 minutes.Once assembled, the dimensions of the chair are slightly off from what is shown in the size picture currently on Amazon, with the chair being just a little smaller. They list the armrest height as 21.3", but it's about a half inch shorter than that. The total backrest height is listed as 40.6", but once assembled, mine was only 39". These may not seem like significant discrepancies, but an inch or so everywhere makes a difference.Other reviews mention this sits somewhat low, which is accurate. The seat height, which is not listed at all, is just over 16" from the ground. There is also a prominent lumbar support, which runs along the stitching of the lowest section of the chair, about 5" up from the seat. Depending on your height or how you position yourself, this could be great, or it could be an annoyance. Additionally, when reclined, the lumbar support will shift considerably, going from the proper spot to essentially the middle of your back unless you significantly switch position. I'm 5'11", and when sitting straight up, it's in nearly the perfect spot, but when reclined any significant angle, it goes too high, so I doubt I'll be napping in this chair very much. If I'd been able to try this chair out in a store before buying it, this may have been a deal breaker, but for something bought online, on sale, well, I'll tolerate or learn to deal with it.Speaking of reclining, there is no easy way to tension the reclining function to make it easier or stiffer to recliner. Supposedly, the screw nuts on the side are how to adjust this, but after experimenting with them for a while (With the chair recliner or not), I haven't seen any appreciable difference. The chair is reasonably easy to recline by pushing back while sitting in it, but is somewhat slow to return to an upright position, usually a few seconds after you shift your weight and just long enough to be noticeable and make you cognizant of it every time. I suspect these elements may improve once it's "broken in", but I'm not entirely sure. While the backrest, with the lumbar support and reclining, were somewhat mixed, the seat itself was very comfortable from the start and provides good support.Swivel is smooth and easy, which is very good, and fairly quiet for its size.Cup holders are tilted slightly outward, so it's probably best to have cups with lids rather than open containers there. However, they are almost perfectly sized for me to set my iPhone in it's thick case in them, which is nice.Ottoman is fine. Like other dimensions, it's a little smaller and shorter than listed (I measured it at about half an inch shorter than the 15" listed on the website). Nothing particularly special there. The faux leather material is of average quality. Brand new, it feels very slightly slick and soft. However, it also doesn't feel like the strongest material I've seen, and I question how long it will last under extended usage. All told, for the price I paid for this chair, my early impressions are "I got what I paid for" and I can't complain about that. This recliner has some good features, but is nothing super special or amazing. If you want something simple and low cost, this is a great option, but if you're looking for something truly spectacular, this may not be the best option.

Comfortable
I retract my previous review. Seller did replace the defective cushion. Problems were not related to seller but to Amazon customer service who admitted that they had misplaced my requests. I love the chair. Still be wary of problems with large objects. Replacement policy is worthless since it cost as much for return shipping as the item may be worth. You must rely on seller to fix the problem.

NOT WORTH THE HASTLE
Chair looks great and the size is perfect for my husband. We've had it for six months. Last week, when he leaned back to recline there was a loud clunking sound and something came poking out of the chair back. He took the chair apart only to find the bolts/screws had come apart because they were different sizes! He fixed it, but who knows how long it will last? Reading about the problems others have had with the "return policy" and the shipping costs I will never buy anything from this company again.

Overall nice chair
The chair itself is nice. The PU leather is soft and has a nice color. The shipper used FedEx and my box looked like it had been through a war. The 4 star rating is due to the foot stool being damaged (likely due to the poor handling by FedEx).
