It doesn't taste great if you only mix it with 8 ounces of water, but if you mix it with 16 or more then you'll barely notice it. Same if you add it in with a protein drink- you won't notice the taste.Your results may vary. I've been using it for 2.5 months now. I didn't do a loading dose, just went with one scoop per day. In the first week or so I felt like it was giving me dry mouth, but that sensation went away over time. I've gained a little bit of weight (~3 pounds) and have set a few PRs in the time since I've started taking this. Now, was that placebo, a general result of working out that I would have experienced normally, or was creatine helping me? It's difficult to say.
