Would this magnetic strip work with a robotic vacuum cleaner to set boundaries?

It’s magnetic quality is virtually zero so I doubt if it would set any boundaries!

How easy is it to remove from paper e.g. a poster? Will it leave a residue, or ruin the paper?

Based on the strength of the adhesive I would think it very unlikely to be able to remove from paper without ruining the paper.

Will it hold drill bits up

I found it pretty weak and didn't get much use from it. Not sure if it may hold a small drill bit but I doubt a larger one.

Is this strong enough to stick temporary paper decorations to my car?

Yes, if you don’t drive it and it’s not too windy. Some cars have aluminium / plastic body panels. Magnets won’t stick to these panels. Also take care when removing the strips as they could also scratch the paintwork if dragged. Good luck!
