Love a good workbook
Excited to start this workbook; been recently diagnosed with ADHD, and my executive functioning problems have been so stressful for so long. Happy to have some practical tips to start tackling the areas in which I need help. Love the cover, too!

A sigh of relief
I am so excited to finally gain some perspective on my ADHD. I was able to review this book before purchase and I am happy with the result! Cheers to knowing me better in 2025

Sadly not copyedited
The book cover art is great, and the intentions behind the book are great, but the book itself has seemingly not been copyedited, so I'd recommend waiting to buy this until the authors issue a second edition that has been proofread and copyedited. The errors, omissions and mix-ups are so egregiously bad, it's kind of funny, but also very distracting (as I see at least one other reviewer here has noted). Examples I can remember: instead of "oddities" what's written is "odd diets"; sentences are missing important words, thus contradicting their intended meanings; there are empty bullet points, etc. I initiated a return for my workbook, because I found it so ridiculous and aggravating, and Amazon offered a return-less return.

Hopeful
I just started to get into this book, but I feel like the author has a solid, practical approach to helping me learn to better handle the way my mind works, and improve how I function in daily life. I will come back and update my review after I get through the book and have a chance to apply what I have learned.
