Excellent Product and Customer Service But Probably Not for Audiophiles
The Andover-One was my foray to return to vinyl, after selling my Yamaha PF800 Gold some five years ago. The system arrived safe and intact, as described. Set up was terrifically easy, particularly with the stylus installed and tonearm balance and anti-skate set up as easy as can be. I paired the Andover-One with an RSL 10S MKII subwoofer. Gave the system a good week of break-in and tuning the sub and the Andover-One (multiple settings from mono to synthetic surround effect) and played the spectrum of sources: jazz (Miles, Coltrane, Pat Metheny, Ahmad Jamal et al), R&B (Marvin Gaye, Kool & The Gang et al), Christmas music (e.g., Vince Guaraldi's 'Charlie Brown Christmas'), and genres in between (e.g., Paul Simon's 'Graceland'). At times the system was impressive and pulled me in, but--and this is my fault as I'm pretty familiar with farily high end hi-fi--there's just no technical solution for stereo imaging and sound stage in this size of a set-up. The physics just don't support it, at least for my listening space which is a 1200Sq ft apt with a living room (my listening space) of somewhere around 11X20ft. Now, if you want an easy to use, convenient, and delightful sounding & looking system for your analog source (records) (I didn't test digital sources) in a small or smallish room and you're not looking for discerning hi fidelity, this could be your system. No intent to be negative, just was not the gear I was seeking for return to vinyl. On the very positive side, the customer service was excellent. All the Best for the New Year!

Not worth the money
The audio is alright, don’t get me wrong, but the arm and needle has a terrible tendency to skip even with the pre-set weight. This continued even after cleaning my records to make sure that they weren’t the problem.

Ok Product , horrible customer service..
I want to like this unit, sound quality pretty good, (I have another audiophile system in another room) its beautifully constructed but new out of the box there is a short causing a buzz in right channel. I cannot get company to respond to my emails. They keep sending me emails saying how do I like it. Considering I spent nearly $3000 including upper and lower stands, you would think they would simply respond. Now I just want my money back instead of a repair.

I love this system. It sounds incredible and has re-ignited my love for listening to music.
Just can't get over how nice this is. Felt guilty for paying such a price at first but not regretting it now. My albums have never sounded so good. Sounds great at low volume or high. Added the woofer and not regretting that either. Look to add the stand latter. It really is an investment. I've saved these albums for so long and now I can really enjoy them!
