Love this laptop
So far so good! Works great and has a good long battery life. Does great for my graphic design needs!

Bad Battery
The internal battery has failed on the laptop after only having it for 20 days. I am going to attempt a warranty fix on it and hope that works. If not, it is going back and will be purchasing from a different seller.We also purchased the Asurion protection plan under the assumption (and reading of the plan) that the battery is covered by the plan. Wrong. Asurion is telling us that this is Amazon's responsibility since it is a renewed item.This has turned into a bigger deal than expected with a simple battery replacement.

Nice laptop, battery dying very quickly
I like the laptop and it's features. There is a way to install windows 11 by adding a line via dos. I'll do this once the warranty runs out. The only problem I have is the internal battery dies in roughly two hours. Unless you have the power cord with you it's not a good all day laptop. It does charge very quickly compared to my other laptops.
