No bad taste. I can’t say it’s helping *yet* but hope to know within the next 2-4 months at dr visit. I’ve been taking consistently for approx 6 months now. The label can be a little confusing, so just know that if you are looking to take 3,000 mg you need 6 pills per day.

So far so good for these types of pills, and at a GREAT price.

I was really hopeful about this Active Hexose Correlated Compound (AHCC) supplement because the formula—8 mushroom extracts for immune and liver support—looked fantastic on paper. I liked the idea of supporting natural killer and T cell activity in a natural way, and the dosage seemed solid.However, after taking it consistently, I noticed a strange side effect: when I sweat, I smell sour, almost like spoiled vinegar. It was definitely unpleasant and something I hadn’t experienced with any other supplement. I gave it a fair try, but the odor was consistent and off-putting enough to make me stop.While it may work well for others, this particular reaction makes it a no-go for me personally, and I won’t be repurchasing.
