Love this item, it upgraded my 2016 Range Rover. The instructions are very literal but follow them precisely and you will be good. Any problems customer service is very responsive.

Looks Great but I lost my seat massage and seat cooling!
The product looks great but I lost my front seat massage and cooling. Although it shows the seat supposedly cooling, nothing comes out, same for heated seats.I want to keep this but I need all my features back!!

Auto button doesn't work. Climate Off doesn't work. No help from the seller
I would love this panel except Auto doesn't work properly. It enables some vents sporadically and the display is not in sync with the main console panel, i.e. they show two different states of the same thing. It's lousy programming that could probably be fixed by firmware update, but the seller either can't do it or too lazy to provide support. Also Climate Off button on the main unit is crippled by this panel. Probably other things I have no discovered yet. I am returning it.
