No problem whatsoever.- Easy to use. You can easily set or re-setting it ( change your 4 digit combination )- It comes with a manual instruction which is very informative. It is definitely worth having a quick read before using it and keep the manual instruction well for further reference in case you have problems.- The colour is bold and nice.- The construction of this padlock is robust.- The numbers are easy to read.- I should also point out that this product comes with a 3 year warranty if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, which is brilliant! I find it very reassuring and always appreciate manufacturers who are willing to offer this to their customers.What I do not like about this product ?--------------------------------------------Nothing.All in all, I am very pleased with this product. very nice lock, strong piece

14.01.2019 updateI've ordered yet another one. I've 5 of them now in various colours. Every time an old padlock goes, I come back here and order one of these. They've been reliable even those that have sat out in sun and rain since the day the first ones arrived. They are reliable. Only once did one of them get slightly stiff but nothing a little WD40 couldn't solve.31.07.2017 updateI ordered 3 padlocks in Jan 2017. They've been exposed to wind, rain and shine and none of them have rusted. In fact, they work very well even now and the colours haven't faded. So I'm upgrading my rating from 4 to 5 stars.We ordered 3 of these and so far so good. Insufficient time has passed so we are unable to say for certain if the padlock will start to rust or if the dials will get stuck in freezing weather. It was easy setting the combinations. The seller offered online instructions on top of the instructions already provided with each lock. The colours are bright and pretty and help in distinguishing the locks especially if you use several of them.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Was delivered quickly. Appears very robust.Initial setting of code is simple and straightforward - as long as you follow the instructions!Two minor problems:(1) a little stiff to operate - though very precise on line-up of figures;(2) small numbers on highly reflective chrome barrels are pretty difficult to read by torchlight (as barrels are highly reflective).Overall a good buy - can't vouch for weatherproof-ness, only had it a couple of months, but seems ok.

I bought this padlock to use at Puregym and I can honestly say that I love it! It is quite large so may not fit on a small lock, but I have had no issues. It is slightly heavy but, it shows how sturdy and well-made it is. The dials are very easy to turn and I have had no issues with it getting stuck. The combination is also easy to set and change. Another review mentioned that it came with a key, but this is not true. It is a combination lock only, which is handy because you don't need to worry about losing the key. I chose the green and the colour is exactly as shown in photos. It really stands out amongst the boring grey ones most people use. It is quite expensive, but I think it is worth it. Overall, I would buy this again and would recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic lock, perfect size for my shed. Really easy to set your code, the seller will be in touch with you to instruct you how to set your combination code on the lock. Once you have done this and you start to use your lock you mustn't forget to MOVE THE NUMBERS once you have put the shank back into the lock because bye doing that you are locking it again, plus you won't be leaving your code showing.I found that the seller is in constant contact with you all the way to explain how to set your combination code, and then again later to make sure all is ok with your lock, how many sellers do that?. oh, and I nearly forgot, don't forget the 12 months guarantee you get with this lock.All in all I consider this to be one of my best buys and i'm over the moon with this lock, if your still undecided about which lock to buy, stop dithering and get this and like me you will be well chuffed with it.
