No. But screws are on mount point inside in laptop (Asus).

I have this drive and need to make external, I found a sata to usb 3.0 to connect the drive and pc, but how can I power the drive? Can't find anything

the sata connection is different to notmal hard drives or SSD drives, It is smaller. If you do have a sata to USB connector specifically for this connector then yes the power should work. But not 100%. I would suggest considering getting an external enclosure
