Stopped working after 2.5 months - no adequate replacement
I bought these in March on Amazon, because the color beige was sold out on the Jabra website. They worked well - at first. These are my first hearing aids and they in fact did improve my hearing pretty significantly. They have different settings that allow to adjust the hearing aids for different environments which does make a difference. However, it is very much annoying that they always default to the “Adaptive“ setting - the only setting that is pretty much useless. They work ok for listening to podcasts and audio books, they are entirely unsuitable for listening to music unless you like really bad sound quality. That was a limitation that I was ok with - these are hearing aids, not headphones. My left earbud stopped working about three weeks ago. I called customer service and after doing some tests they asked me to send them back and sent UPS shipping instructions. Up to this point I was pretty pleased with the process. Shipping took eight (8) days from my place to theirs - I was wondering if they maybe used the old Pony Express. After that no response for several days until I got an email that the beige hearing aids are not available at this moment. However, they could replace them with black. Now, a) I really don’t want black earbuds for aesthetic reasons and b) my husband also has Jabra Enhance Plus hearing aids - in black - and with two black sets we unavoidably will confuse them. However, I was told they could not give me an ETA when beige would be back in stock (the timeframe was described as “quite a while”). At this point, I can either wait for an undetermined timeframe for the beige to be back in stock at Jabra or I can get black. When I asked if I could get my money back so I could buy a new pair on Amazon (where beige is still available), I received several paragraphs of legalese as response. If you decide to get these hearing aids (which I would not recommend), at the very least get them from Jabra directly where you will get 100 days to return them whereas on Amazon you only get 30 days. If I had gotten mine from Jabra directly, at least I would be able to get my money back.

Great Performance for the Price
My partner and I each own a pair of Jabra Enhance Pro hearing aids. In general, we are happy with them and enjoy wearing them.I have partial hearing loss in one ear and my partner has significant hearing loss in one ear. We bought the Jabra hearing aids as a less expensive alternative to replace the $4500 hearing aids he owns. I wanted to find affordable OTC in-ear hearing aids that were rechargeable and at a reasonable price point. We bought both pairs when they were on sale at a significantly reduced price, making them almost one tenth the price of prescription hearing aids. The hearing aids work well and are easy to set up. They are compatible only with the iPhone. Sound quality is good and can be set to Focus, Adaptive, and Surround. The Surround setting transfers sound from the broadest area and can be a bit overwhelming. Focus picks up sound from a narrow area directly in front of the listener. And Adaptive is somewhere between Focus and Surround. Please note that the earbuds default to Surround when any device-connected app (Spotify or You Tube for example) is open. One of the advantages of the earbuds is that you can turn them off quickly with a double-tap to the left earbud. This basically converts the hearing aids into ear plugs in loud environments. The hearing aids are rechargeable and come with their own USB-C charging cable. My partner sometimes has trouble charging his, but my charger consistently charges both pairs. The charge generally lasts about 11 hours. You get three distinct warnings from the earbuds when power is low. The sound coming through the earbuds does sound a bit "processed", and not 100% like live sound. However, the sound does retain its directionality. These hearing aids are a good value and I would recommend they to anyone with mild to moderate hearing loss.

Unreliable charging; very difficult to customize
I bought these about two years ago, tried for a couple of months to make them usable, then threw them into a drawer as mostly useless. First problem, noticeable almost immediately: it take more than a little effort to place these earbuds in the charging case so they make a proper connection to the battery. Wiggle them around until both lights come on, close the case, and hope they are still making a connection. Wait until they both should be charged, and pray they actually are. Second big problem: wall heater kicks in while I'm watching TV, and its sound swamps out the TV's sound. I could never tweak the settings to avoid the problem. I was able to purchase Apple AirPods 2 at a Black Friday price. They are superior in every way, and much more afordable. I'm donating the Jabras to the Lions Club. Good riddance!

Poor Quality Overall
My audiologist recommended these in ieu of me getting a very expensive pair of hearing aids. She said my hearing loss was minor so these should work fine. Amazon had a much better price than her office so that's where I decided to make my purchase. The first pair arrived and I was excited to see how small they were and they felt relatively comfortable for a first time user. However, one of the buds would not charge so I returned them and then got a replacement set after working through the issue with Jabra support. The second set sound was terrible and very inconsistent. Sometimes creating a very loud echo and other times seemingly turning off. The same charging issue appeared after a few days so I returned these for a full refund. If you are intent on getting any hearing aid make sure you invest in the extended warranty. Even if the original warranty is 2-3 years, it's worth getting an extension and better coverage. I would not recommend this product. I gave the product 2 stars instead of only 1 star because the design was very good, they were very small and light. It's too bad they didn't work very well.
