Why is this considered "reverse", when it's such a natural way to handle a staple gun. Bc your weight is right behind the staple on this one, it's so easy to direct actually. I hanve small hands, so the original design is is cumbersome for me. Putting weight on the back of a staple gun always makes me lift up the front of it and causes mistakes, THIS one tho, is so easy and comfortable! I held up a normal pieces of cardboard to test it, and it went thru so smoothly. I didn't have to hold the cardboard against anything, unlike with the other kind of gun where I have to push hard against to be able to squeeze the trigger/handle. It was a clean, smooth, and comfortable shot and it took just enough effort that I had to use strength but not so much that it'd go off too easy. That's def not a concern. I really love this, and especially for the price! It does NOT come with staples. I think the only part of this tool I didn't like, was the lack of information about it on Amazon and even on Google. Had to buy it before ordering strapless because I couldn't be sure, lucky it takes common staples so I didn't need to order any. . They are the T150 staples tho, I posted a pic from it's package for staple info.

Very good but…..
Somewhere along the line, Stanley switched over to plastic. It works perfectly. but be cautious, It’s not intuitive where the staples shoot out from. Look for the white arrow.

Easy to set staples.
Uses standard staples and is so much easier to push than my old metal monster. Would definitely recommend. Lightweight.

Hard on my hands to use. Too stiff and hard to push.
I was shopping for a lightweight stapler that was reasonably easy to operate. I'm in my mid-sixties, and have trouble with my hands now. This is definitely lightweight, but it is extremely hard on my hands to use. Very stiff and requires a second hand to fully depress the lever and shoot the staple. I'll keep it, since I seldom need one and it will do, but I'm certainly disappointed.

Works as expected , careful with the recommended by Amazon staples as they were the wrong size and had to repurchase the correct size from my local hardware store.
