Everything is good about the product except the volume level which is not loud, good for small houses though.

None contacted me for installation. The quality is very low. There are no chimes to choose from. Absolutely no features. Video quality is very bad. Value for money is near zero.

Ringer volume is low. Ringer tone selection not provided. No memory to store images. You get all this in many brands.
