The phone is not senior friendly
We are seniors and so we bought this flip phone because it was unlocked. I’m pretty good at working with almost any type of phone and my husband asked if I would put his contacts in the phone. So I went to add the first contact and I put the name into the phone and then went to add the phone number and that’s when I had the first big problem, because I entered the number and it was only ten digits. There was no dashes to separate the numbers. Then I went to find where to add the address and there was no place for an address. So then I tried to just erase the one contact I put in and I couldn’t erase it no matter how much I tried. So we sent the phone back. And we received our refund.

I bought for my ninety year old friend this is a newer version and she really likes it.. she can hear it ring since it plays a loud song.

No 4G
Bought this phone for a senior friend in a nursing home hoping he would have a phone but none of the phone cards work in there cause there’s no 4G very simplistic not use

No sim card tray included and sim does not fit
IF there was a sim card tray needed for this phone there was not one included. Sim card does not fit.

Worth the price
It is just what it's made for. A flip perfect for senior citizens. It's old school so the battery can be taken out. It's an entire light show when ringing and turning on.Please set it before using it in public you'll be embarrassed. LolThe instructions are limited however common sense will guide.

Works perfectly
Lasted for ages and had zero issues. My peepaw ran it over in a gator and still made noises and worked perfectly. Would recommend !!!
