Hi do these contain gluten as when I put in gluten free eph30+ they do not come up!! I think people should know if they contain gluten!!

Been taking these for 7 months now and they're fantastic, i take 3 upto 1 hour before i run. They do work wonders. My running has improved loads and i have lost weight too. On runs over 4 miles they help my energy levels and when I'm done with running i don't feel hungry. I've recently purchased another lot.

Tried various products like this and this seems the best one as not getting the headaches after,I fast in morning and due to my work I need a lot of focus and energy, defo recommendations and will defo buy again, cheap and the delivery was as expected, tablets look legit and don’t crush In your the hands, I thought it would have ephradine in as the product is called eph, but this ingredient is not in it, that’s maybe why Not suffering with headaches now

Side Effects are brutal for me
They work as an appetite suppressant mostly because they cause side effects for me; especially near constant nausea, stomach pain, increase reflux, which tends to make me not want to eat. I’m bulimic as it is, probably not a good thing for me to take them

These are amazing used other brands in the past but these are the best 👌🏾 by far takes the edge off of youre workout 👏🏾 you feel as if you're on roller skates 🛼 literally, got so much energy comes highly recommended next pack is already on order which is the more you buy the more you save if you're a gym goer like me these are a necessity, to keep you motivated and energised arrive very quickly too thank you Amazon !

BLOATED MY BODY OUT TILL IT FELT HUGE
I guess these work differently for different people. I took just one tablet for 3 days. It helped slightly with energy but not much, just made me feel more awake and alert while my concentration actually decreased . I didn't eat more or less and I eat little normally . But they blew my stomach and legs out hugely , left feeling twice my normal weight and hugely bloated . I feel as though my weight has increased a lot. Will not take any more of these and won't be buying any more - I feel huge. But again, they did help a little with overall energy - but not much

Waste of money
I ordered these after reading the reviews as I needed something for an extra boost of energy.Took 3 the 1st day and liturally didn't do anything. Took 4 today and the same again, nothing. Infact, I liturally could sleep right now. If its the caffeine in them that is supposed to boost you then there is no wonder they don't work. I probably consume more caffeine in one cup of coffee. Sorry but total waste of money
