It’s powder, last ages and makes custard. What’s not to like.

Who knew??
I never realised this version of Birds custard powder has no lactose in it. Ideal for baking, not actually made custard with it yet but given the flavour it has in biscuits etc I don’t see it would let anyone down. Just be aware if you are buying for the lactose free element not all of birds custard powders are lactose free!!!
