Great product, quick delivery. Being using this product on cycles and it’s a good effective appetite suppressant and easy to take. Tablet size isn’t chalky as it’s in a smooth shell like other tablets or vitamins. These are cost effective and good value for money.

These casuals are actually really good. I didn't expect much because they are so cheap but I have worked out more times and fof longer than I have in a while. I took two casuals about 10am and went for it and the second dose of casuals about 3pm and I have been working out on and off all day. Totally recommend.

Be aware when buying into this sort of thing. After seeing some muscle men take 2 of these tabs, they then transformed into Arnie, shouting 'I'll be back'.. I consumed a tab, went into a sweat that not even a bunch of shower towels laced with ocean water from the North Sea could quench. Do some research and ask a professional before using is my advice 👍

Nothing good about this product, it does not work.

Take one hour before a work out and you will do a super workout, will make you feel sick if you don’t eat with them
