Controls Don’t Work
The media could not be loaded. Unless I’m missing something, it sprays the minute you put the airbrush foundation in the pod. Talk about a mess! For $265 I expected a better product. Unless you need a cordless I would try something else.

Disappointing Packaging, Missing Item
Received the product in a flimsy plastic ziplock instead of a proper box. Disappointed to find scratches on the item, and the bronzer was missing. No option to report the missing item; only offered a full return for a refund. While the device works fine, the overall experience could have been much better with secure packaging and attention to detail.
