They don't come with any spares at all which is disappointing I bout some cheaper ones that came with spare stems and flights..But the Red Dargon Aluminium stems cost about 8 pounds for 12 stems which is fine as they'll should last a long time..And the flights don't cost a lot eitherSo yeah these darts feel of good quality and look very nice I'm happy I decided to buy them.They're not bulky and for 26g they feel quite light.. even with the Aluminium stems they don't feel any heavier so that's good..So yeah I can see why they have a good rating.If you're someone who plays matches I would recommend these darts but do buy the extras you'll most likely need them..

Bought these as my first set of darts. I was worried I was sacrificing quality for style but they are great.As I am a beginner and havn't quite yet found the darts I need for my style, I found these to be a great start. The weight is spot on and the Barrel and tip are quality.My only negative is apparently I'm somewhat of a Robin Hood and split the shaft on one of the darts within the first couple hours of use. I understand this is just one of those things however, everyone else's set came with spare shafts and were a similar price.
