this product is amazing at helping to grow hair more volumous and thicker, and has helped my very fine fragile hair immensely. I am 51 years old and have never had better hair. also my nails are much stronger and never break. Thoroughly recommend this product for anyone that has suffered weak fine hair and nails, as well as hair loss. You should notice an improvement after about 3months of taking this, and of course, need to keep taking this. I always take one tablet per day and will continue to do so. Well done for a great product, and i find solgar is always of the highest quality and take their 1000mg Vit C each day too.

Solgar MSM, slightly more expensive than other brands, but feels like it has consistency and high-quality. Tablet form is more convenient than both capsules or powder - they can be easily split in half without making a mess.MSM itself is an interesting and useful substance.

I love that the product comes in glass bottles, I hate plastic. Don’t like the bulking agents. I use MSM powder now

Have really bad pigmentation on my top lip which is solid, sort of looks like a moustache which is embarrassing since using MSM I have noticed it has broken down, so it looks better.I always use Solgar now, in the past I have worked out that there are tablets on the market which are cut with harmful ingredients which did me more harm than good.Solgar also keep all their tablets singular so you can not OD your body with too much if you are taking a wide selection of vitamins.I always use Solgar and will never use anything else.

My nails and hair improved tremendously while i was taking these suppliments. The only downside is that i gained weight slightly but i am buying them again.

I had been taking a combination (Glucosamine), but upon recommendation researched MSM only capsules. I have had Solgar recommended by a health practitioner, so always prefer their products, and this has not disappointed. I have noticed an easing in the pain - from being continuously uncomfortable, to occasionally uncomfortable after exertion. That is good enough for me!
