Similar style to the ones used in doctors and hospitals. Seems very accurate in comparison to different styles of thermometers. Comfortable in the ear and comes with disposable covers. Worth every penny. You can’t expect your child to be still when they feel poorly. This thermometer is your child’s best friend that goes into their ear for 2-3 sec and quickly shows you a colour on its screen red amber or green. Very easy to use and then read the results.
