Ingredients are "soybeans, water, salt, fermented soybeans, rice wine."Unlike some brands of doenjang, Sunjang Classic has no MSG or corn syrup. Still has 20% sugar and 4.5% salt giving plenty of flavour that is more concentrated than the Japanese equivalent, miso.Bear in mind I have not tried other brands of doenjang.
