This is a great product , I just leave it to dissolve in my mouth and have been taking it alongside a couple of drops of CBD oil 3 times a day, this is because I believe I am depleted and am in need- I'll be reducing this when I feel ready.(I also take vit D3 once a day )It wasnt long before I noticed the difference and felt better in myself and more energetic. Ive looked up lots of stuff about VitK2-MK7 and I think that everyone should be taking this product , because it is so crucial and likely to be lacking as it doesn't occur in many foods.It can be hard to choose which supplements we need to take and to consider what is actually going to be cost effective and sustainable.like everyone I've tried lots of things and buy things but dont stick to anything; and I do lots of research on nutrition and do so daily as its a passion of mind.I am now convinced that if you live in England or any country that doesnt get enough sunlight or you dont have time to be out in the sun you need to takevitamin D3 and vitamin K2- MK7 daily , they work together and are desperately needed and the best bit is that they are both cost effective , not costing much for a years supply , so there is really no excuse not to get them and together they will massively reduce your risk for cancer, osteoporosis and many other things - you can just google them, with a bit of digging there's tonnes of stuff to read and watch.If you get plaque build up in your mouth and or have bad teeth try this immediately.if you have week bones or a family history of such or are heading towards the menopause You need this. enough said < do your research and youll know what im going on about. This is our second bottle of your vitamin K2 MK7. Both my Mother and I take it daily along with vitamin D3, which I understand helps increase D3 absorbtion. Vitamin K is essential for the body. The MK7 variety of vitamin K2 has a much longer half-life in the body and thus exerts its positive effects for longer. The pills are small and easy to swallow. My mother and I both appreciate the large 360 pill count. The bottle lasts a long time and is great value. We would both highly recommend this product to everyone.

The purpose was to try another brand of this vitamin - K2. In comparison to my usual brand - am not yet feeling how efficient it is. So ask me in six months time. I have a whole year to explain and experience
